Mr. Soffer has a diverse background with both global private and public real estate investment and management experience. In 2016 founded and controls TopMed Realty, a private equity group focused on healthcare real estate properties, primarily medical office buildings located in growing, high barrier to entry markets and affiliation with the best in class medical tenants, hospital systems and medical universities.

From 1997 till 2015, Mr. Soffer served in a number of senior positions at GazitGlobe, Ltd. (NYSE: GZT), a $20 billion global real estate investment platform, most recently as President. Key highlights:

• Mr. Soffer led numerous transactions in healthcare real estate, retail (grocery anchored and mall) and M&A transactions in excess value of $10 billion.
• In 2002, he was promoted to President and CEO of Gazit-Group USA at the age of 31, where he founded and managed Royal Senior Care and ProMed Properties, Gazit-Globe’s healthcare real estate private platforms in the U.S. The healthcare platform would end up acquiring and managing properties valued at approximately $0.9 billion.
• In 2009 Mr. Soffer was promoted to President of Gazit-Globe, and also served as executive Chairman of ProMed Properties and Royal Senior Care and a director at Atrium (VIE: ATRS) as well as other subsidiaries of the company.
• In 2011, he led Gazit-Globe’s U.S. IPO and listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and subsequent listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Baruch Cohen serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Isram Realty Group. Baruch is responsible for overseeing, directing and managing the operational activities in the company, managing and executing TI, capital improvement and re-development projects, monitoring income performance and expenses, and managing tenant relations.

Prior to joining Isram, Baruch served in the capacity of a construction manager on the re-developments of rental communities and condo conversions in South Florida, and obtained experience in the residential apartment management. Baruch has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years, both in Israel and South Florida, working for major construction companies, specializing in mid and hi-rise residential towers.

Baruch holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa, Israel

Ms. Anat Regev is the Chief Financial Officer at Isram Realty Group and is responsible for the accounting infrastructure, including financial systems, procedures and accounting personnel to support and reflect the Company’s investment strategies and operations.

Prior to joining Isram, Ms. Regev was the Chief Financial Officer of a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange member, as well as an auditor in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange itself.

Ms. Regev holds B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Moshe Genet is the legal counsel for Isram Realty Group. Moshe is responsible for the drafting of the tenant leases, and provides legal analysis as it relates to the leasing and management of the retail centers.

Prior to joining Isram, Moshe worked for a boutique estate planning firm where he drafted estate planning documents and provided tax planning advice to high net-worth individuals and their families.

Moshe is a proud alumni of the University Of Miami School Of Law and continues to serve on the UM Law Young Alumni Committee.
