The Isram Group of Companies was founded in Miami, Florida, in the early 90’s by Mr. Shaul Rikman. The Company’s entry into the real estate business started with the purchase of assets from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) capitalizing on the Savings and Loan crisis of the late 80’s. By making a dedicated commitment to customer service and forging strong landlord/tenant relationships, Isram was able to transform those first distressed acquisitions into stable income producing properties.
That same dedication to personal customer service and disciplined investment has grown Isram’s portfolio to over 22 retail centers and 19 multifamily communities. Today, as a self-sufficient, full service real estate company, Isram continues to aggressively expand its presence in the Florida and New York markets. We continually seek opportunities to acquire well located retail shopping centers and multifamily communities that present added value opportunities through enhanced leasing, re-development and intensive management, and continue to actively pursue these types of assets.
